Have you ever craved an Oreo cake? You want to enjoy that melt-in-your-mouth chocolate and create taste, but you don’t want the crumpy cookie texture.

Essentially, you’re craving it in cake form! Luckily for you, we’ve got a 3 ingredient Oreo cake recipe that’ll leave you asking for more! It’s super easy to make and doesn’t require anything that you don’t already have in the kitchen.

3 Ingredient Oreo Cake

A few packs of Oreos, and a couple of kids ,you too can enjoy this easy cake!

Equipment

7” round cake pan (18 cm)

Universal measuring cup 8 oz. (240 ml)

Ingredients

▢ 24 Oreo cookies (6 packs of 4 cookies)
▢ 1 cup milk (250 ml)
▢ 2 tsp. baking powder
▢ 4 tbsp. Milka chocolate spread / any other chocolate spread (optional, for the cake coating)

Instructions

Cake:

Pre heat the oven at 330℉ (165℃)
As the oven heats up, ground the Oreo cookies into tiny pieces.
Pour milk and mix everything together.
Slowly add the baking powder while you’re mixing.
Blend until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Line a cake pan with parchment paper and butter/oil it with olive cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the cake pan.
Put it in the middle of the oven for about 32–35 minutes.
Once the time is up, remove it and let it cool first before digging in!

Coating (optional):

Add some chocolate spread in a microwave-safe bowl.
Then, place the bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds until it melts.
Drizzle the coating over the cake and make sure it’s evenly distributed.
Put the cake in the refrigerator and let it cool for half an hour.
After that, you can take it out of the fridge and enjoy it!

Tips

If you want to save the cake for later on, you can safely keep it in the fridge for a few days. However, we recommend you use plastic wrap around it to prevent any odors and to keep it tender.
