Easy 3-Ingredient buns recipe no yeast
Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2½ cups plain yogurt (600 ml)
Instructions
- Preheated your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Make a hole at the center of the mixture.
- Pour the yogurt into the hole.
- Use a wooden spoon to combine the yogurt with the surrounding mixture until you get a dough.
- With wet hands, take portions from the dough and shape them into balls (around 15 balls).
- Brush each ball with eggs.
- Optional: sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
