Easy 3-Ingredient buns recipe no yeast

Anyone can make these buns and it should take more than 20-minutes to finish

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2½ cups plain yogurt (600 ml)

Instructions

  • Preheated your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  • Make a hole at the center of the mixture.
  • Pour the yogurt into the hole.
  • Use a wooden spoon to combine the yogurt with the surrounding mixture until you get a dough.
  • With wet hands, take portions from the dough and shape them into balls (around 15 balls).
  • Brush each ball with eggs.
  • Optional: sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
