You don’t have to bother with straining. Just mix the grated vegetables into the batter. If the consistency ends up being too runny, you can always add a bit more flour to thicken the mix.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chicken soup mix

Instructions

  • Grate all vegetables.
  • Add the eggs, flour, and spices to the vegetables and mix well.
  • Form the patties.
  • Heat the oil and fry or oven-bake at 350°F(177°C).
  • Remove the patties once they turn golden (about 20 minutes).
