10-minute vegan patty recipe
Is strain needed?
You don’t have to bother with straining. Just mix the grated vegetables into the batter. If the consistency ends up being too runny, you can always add a bit more flour to thicken the mix.
Do I need to deep fry the patties?
No, the patties are either semi-deep fried or baked.
Can I make the recipe like a pie or an upgraded vegetable omelet?
Yes, you’ll just need to pour the whole batter into the frying pan instead of forming patties first. Just don’t forget to flip the side halfway through.
Alternatively, you can choose to bake the batter.
Can I add parsley?
Yes, you can customize the herbal blend with parsley and cilantro for a nutritional boost!
