Universal measuring cup / 8 oz. (240 ml) paper cup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1½ cups warm water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Mix all the ingredients and knead well until you have a smooth dough
  • Roll out the dough and flatten it well inside the baking pan
  • Spread the sauce of your choice over the pizza
  • Sprinkle some shredded cheese along with your preferred toppings
  • Bake for 20 minutes until it’s ready
